First pile ORATO Offices, Amsterdam
Yesterday there was a festive celebration of the first pile for ORATO Offices, designed by OZ architect.
ORATO Offices is located in Amsterdam near Weespertrekvaart on the HJE Wenckebachweg near Amstel station. ORATO literally means "visible", which perfectly describes this office building. Not only the center of Amsterdam is visible from the office, the office itself is also clearly visible - from the highway. The size of the building is 12,076 m2, divided over 16 floors. The building will have a parking garage with 93 parking spaces.
It will be a flexible, durable and future-proof office with high floors. A lot of attention is paid to a healthy working environment and use is made of sustainably generated energy. The office complex will have many terraces as green outdoor areas.
Completion is expected to take place in mid-2021.
