Super fast design and construction

Attracting wide public interest, Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne has opened a new centre with a subtropical swimming pool, a restaurant with a terrace, an indoor playground and a bowling alley. At the same location where on the 12th of December of last year a huge fire completely destroyed the old resort.

Leeuwenkamp Architecten and Pieters got down to work immediately. As a result of this rapid start-up and the excellent coordination between the design team and Principal Contractor Van Wijnen, construction could start almost immediately. After just seven months, the total design and construction time, the swimming pool opened its doors to the public.
