Winner of Public Award Lieven de Key Medal 2016
The public declared housing project Hof van Dumont, part of the new entrance of Haarlem, the winner of the Lieven de Key Medal 2016.
Commissioned by Ymere, in cooperation with Ritzen Architects, Pieters drew up the structural design for 99 rent and sale houses, 11 family homes and approximately 1350 m2 of business premises. Ymere posted a video on this project and the adjacent Hof van Sevenhuysen, on Youtube.
The Lieven de Key Medal is a Haarlem city prize for architecture, urban development and monuments.
