SAWA
SAWA is a unique wooden residential building in the heart of the Lloydkwartier in Rotterdam. What is special about SAWA is that the building is built in CLT (cross laminated timber) as much as possible. A building is being designed in collaboration with urban ecologists, where the greenery is integrated into balconies, terraces and deck, thereby increasing the biodiversity of the neighborhood. The program comprises approximately 100 homes, 50 of which are mid-rent apartments.
