Hotel BOAT & CO is opening its doors today

After a long preparation, Hotel BOAT & CO is opening its doors for hotel guests today.

With the hotel, the Houthaven on the IJ will get a real icon with a powerful "Amsterdam School" appearance. The building was designed by Kollhoff Architects.  It is a very sustainable hotel that with an EPC of 0.041 is almost entirely energy-neutral.

BOAT & CO offers an innovative hotel concept with 84 spacious hotel apartments, whereby a good connection is made with the history of the neighborhood. Consider the old port character and the Amsterdam School. The target group of the hotel is the Young Dynamic Urban Professional. The hotel also houses a spa / fitness and swimming pool. Part of this hotel concept is an inviting catering establishment for both residents and visitors of the Houthaven and the hotel.
