The construction photos on the right are from phase 1. This consists of a large parking garage with a tower of 65 meters, a tower of 33 meters and 2 building parts of 5 layers.

The hull is mainly made of concrete, including tunnel construction, prefab and poured concrete. Construction is now halfway through the basement. After the construction holiday, people will start tunneling the high tower as soon as possible.

Phase 2, consisting of 3 building parts on a large basement and two separate building parts, is currently being designed. Construction of phase 2 is scheduled to start in January.
